Pilar Walker is a New York City based Creative Operations professional working at the intersection of fashion, wellness, and culture. From the backstage of NYFW to the desert of Coachella to the runways of PARAISO Miami Swim Week to the industry halls of Tribeca Festival, she is the hands behind the vision - for editorial media, brand activations, and cultural moments. Detail-obsessed, people-first, and built for fast-moving creative environments.

Brand Activations & Event Production
On-site production support for brand activations, pop-ups, and live events. From logistics and vendor coordination to day-of execution; I make sure the vision actually happens.
Creative Production & On-Site Coordination
Backstage, on set, or in the field. I manage the moving parts so creative directors, stylists, and talent can focus on the work. Sample tracking, scheduling, cross-team communication, and real-time problem solving.
Styling & Content Production
On-set styling support, BTS content capture, and visual asset coordination for editorial, digital, and social campaigns.
Brand Consulting
Creative concept development, pop-up activation strategy, and brand positioning for emerging brands looking to build community and cultural relevance.
Available for projects, activations, and retainers.
